Overview
129 Coffee Roasters is family-run, single-origin, small-batch — with a genuine social mission supporting children in Guatemala. They already have a real story to tell; this concept explores how the site could lean into it even more.
The challenge
Their current Squarespace site has done a great job getting them off the ground — but as the brand has grown, there's an opportunity to tell more of the story up front and make the path to a first bag (or a subscription) feel as considered as the coffee itself.
Our approach
We rebuilt the site around their three strongest assets — product quality, the subscription opportunity, and the Guatemala giving-back story. Every section was designed to move a visitor closer to either buying a bag or subscribing monthly.
Outcome
A site that finally matches the quality of the product — and gives visitors a reason to stay, explore, and subscribe. What we built: a conversion-focused homepage leading with brand story not just products; a Roast of the Month subscription feature to drive recurring revenue; a dedicated Giving Back section highlighting the Papa-Moms charity; a full product catalog with filtering by origin and roast type; and clean, premium typography and imagery to match the quality of their coffee.
