Trattoria Bella is a neighborhood Italian restaurant in Houston with a loyal following and a quiet weeknight problem. They wanted a site that captured the room's warmth and turned diners into reservations.
The challenge
Their existing presence leaned on third-party booking widgets and disconnected social posts. Discovery was fine; conviction wasn't. New diners weren't getting a clear sense of the menu, the room, or why to choose Trattoria Bella over a dozen nearby options.
Our approach
We leaned into atmosphere — candlelit photography, a serif-led type system, and a menu structured around the kitchen's strengths. Reservations were elevated as the primary action on every screen, with a secondary path for private events and large parties.
Outcome
A site that feels like the restaurant. Reservations now flow directly from the homepage and menu, and the team has a polished hub for private event inquiries.
